Processing Time

Once you place an order, it undergoes verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time taken for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

• Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
• Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Australia, Canada, US (United States), Rest of the World
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50.00 and above
  • Standard Delivery: $10.00 for orders below $50.00
  • Expedited Delivery: $20.00 for all orders

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Damages

Barmiyao.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.
